Pranto is an energetic 9-year-old boy from north-west Bangladesh with a strong sense of fairness and determination. Born on 26 October 2016, he enjoys playing with his toy buses, wearing his favourite black shirt and trousers, and sipping a cold glass of milk. Curious and courageous, Pranto dreams of becoming a police officer one day, inspired by the idea of protecting others and standing up for what is right.
He lives with his parents in a hardworking household supported by his father’s work as a mason, which provides a modest income. His mother cares for the home and encourages his learning. With one main earner supporting the family, meeting daily expenses can be challenging, yet his parents remain deeply committed to his education.
Through access to quality education at JAAGO Foundation School, Pranto is building the discipline and confidence he needs for the future. With steady encouragement and opportunity, he can continue learning and move closer to achieving his dream.
