Orgho Roy Niloy is an energetic 11-year-old boy from north-west Bangladesh who is full of imagination and enthusiasm. Born on 5 August 2014, he enjoys playing hide and seek and inventing adventures with his toy car, often pretending he is on an important mission. He is especially fond of the colour blue and feels happiest when running around outdoors or quietly daydreaming about his future. Niloy hopes to become a police officer one day, inspired by a strong sense of fairness and a desire to help others.
He lives in a joint family supported by his father’s farming work, which provides a modest income. His mother cares for the household, and together with extended family members, they create a busy and caring home environment. Education is valued, and Niloy is encouraged to stay focused on his studies.
Through access to quality education at JAAGO Foundation School, Niloy is building the confidence and skills he needs for the years ahead. With guidance and opportunity, he can continue moving towards his goal of serving his community.
