Mesemah Marma is an 11-year-old girl from Bandarban with a cheerful spirit and a caring heart. She dreams of becoming a doctor so she can look after others in her community. She loves dancing and expressing herself through music and movement. Mesemah enjoys wearing her traditional cultural dress, especially in her favourite colour, yellow, and spends her free time playing imaginatively with her toys.
She lives with her family of four. Her father works as a farmer, earning a modest income, while her mother cares for the home and guides her daily routine. Although her parents work hard, meeting educational expenses can be challenging.
Through sponsorship, Mesemah can continue her studies in a safe and supportive learning environment. With access to education and steady encouragement, she can grow in confidence and take meaningful steps towards her dream of becoming a doctor.
