Jisan Bepari

A playful 9-year-old who dreams of becoming a police officer.

Jisan is a bright 9-year-old boy from south-central Bangladesh with a lively imagination and a strong sense of justice. Born on 26 August 2016, he enjoys drawing and playing with a bat and ball in his free time. He loves wearing shirts and trousers, especially in his favourite colour, orange. Milk and eggs are among his favourite foods, keeping him energised for school and play. Jisan dreams of becoming a police officer one day so he can protect others and serve his community with pride.

He lives with his parents in a modest household supported by his father’s work as a day labourer, which provides a modest income. His mother cares for the family and serves as his guardian. With limited resources and daily financial pressures, continuing his education can be challenging, yet his family remains determined to support his ambitions.

Through access to quality education at JAAGO Foundation School, Jisan is building confidence and essential skills for the future. With steady encouragement and opportunity, he can continue learning and move closer to achieving his dream.
