Hridoy is a bright 9-year-old boy from north-west Bangladesh with a calm and caring nature. Born on 2 August 2016, he enjoys playing with toy cars, eating his favourite fish dishes, and wearing a comfortable green t-shirt. He often imagines himself standing in front of a classroom, sharing knowledge and guiding others. His dream of becoming a teacher reflects both his curiosity and his desire to make a positive difference.
He lives with his parents in a hardworking household supported by his father’s work as a rickshaw puller, which provides a modest income. His mother cares for the home and encourages his learning each day. Although meeting daily needs can be challenging, his parents remain deeply committed to supporting his education.
Through access to quality education at JAAGO Foundation School, Hridoy is building confidence and strong foundations for the future. With encouragement and opportunity, he can continue learning and move steadily towards his dream of becoming a teacher.
