A kind-hearted 9-year-old who dreams of becoming a teacher.
Hemolota is a gentle 9-year-old girl from north-west Bangladesh who approaches life with curiosity and warmth. Born on 9 June 2016, she fills her days with imagination and quiet determination. She dreams of becoming a teacher one day, inspired by her natural kindness and desire to help others learn and grow. In her play, she often imagines standing confidently at the front of a classroom, guiding her students with patience and care.
She lives with her parents and siblings in a loving household supported by her father’s farming and her mother’s care at home, which together provide a modest income. While meeting daily needs can be challenging, her family remains devoted to supporting her education and encouraging her ambitions.
Through access to quality education at JAAGO Foundation School, Hemolota is building the confidence and skills she needs for the future. With continued encouragement and opportunity, she can move steadily towards her dream of becoming a teacher and uplifting her community.
