Faim is a curious 9-year-old boy from north-west Bangladesh who approaches each day with energy and imagination. Born on 17 March 2016, he enjoys simple pleasures like sharing biscuits, wearing his favourite red t-shirt, and racing his toy cars across the floor. In his play, he often imagines himself on important missions, inspired by his dream of becoming a police officer who helps and protects others.
He lives in a caring household supported by his family’s hard work, which brings in a modest income. His father works as a day labourer, while his mother cares for the home. His grandfather, who is also his guardian, plays an important role in guiding and encouraging him. Although financial challenges are part of daily life, the family remains united and hopeful.
Through access to quality education at JAAGO Foundation School, Faim is building strong foundations for his future. With steady support and opportunity, he can continue learning and move closer to achieving his goal of serving his community.
